Executive Order Allows Cheney To What?
Cheney told Brit Hume on National TV that there was an Executive Order that permits him to declassify information at will...Was he admitting that he gave Scooter Libby the Plame information to damage her husband? To be able to legally declassify at will within the U.S. government is impossible because of how the information could be used. National security, etc. would be at the whim of an idiot with an attitude.
Every American citizen has a right to know...
